I'm a 19-year-old girl on my journey of losing fat and gaining muscle and health. My ultimate goal in is to learn how to love myself and life, and I figure out what I want to do with my life. In order to track my process and keep up my motivation I created this fit/healthblr! Since I'm not allowed to work out right now (I'm overtrained) I'm focusing on clean eating and mental strength.
